Reporting sources

What the dashboard is measuring

Each source answers a different question. Use them together rather than expecting the numbers to match one-to-one.

Google Search Console (GSC) Google Search visibility: clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, queries, and pages.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) On-site behavior: organic sessions, active users, landing pages, engagement, and AI referral sessions.
Semrush Weekly SEO intelligence: tracked keyword rankings, visibility, keyword opportunities, and competitor context.
Search Atlas Paused as core infrastructure. It may still be used manually for recommendations, not runtime reporting.

Recommended actions

Next SEO and visibility priorities

These actions are based on the current GSC, GA4, and Semrush visibility signals. They should be reviewed and converted into GitHub issues or stakeholder requests as needed.

Review NASPO.org targeting for “government procurement” and “state procurement.” These broader public-sector procurement terms show search demand and may need stronger page targeting, internal links, or a dedicated topic hub.
Consider a NASPO Pulse explainer or topic hub for “What is public procurement?” This is a strong LLM visibility opportunity because it supports entity clarity, educational search intent, and future citation value.
Review NASPO Exchange and events targeting for conference-related search intent. Conference and event terms should support the Exchange page, events hub, metadata, FAQ copy, and campaign readiness.
Monitor NVP cooperative purchasing and contract terms after the redesign launch. NVP terms should be tracked carefully before and after launch so Online Services can compare visibility and address gaps quickly.
